What is AIPAY?
AIPAY is an open-source artifical intelligence payment platform and collection of smart contracts for a decentralized network of all kinds of products and services sold online on the world. Within this framework, the benefits of AI become a global commons infrastructure for the benefit of all; anyone can access and use this platform to purchase any products from the marketplace based on the internet (mostly from the shopping sites). AIPAY operates on a belief that the benefits of AI should not be dominated by any small set of powerful institutions, but shared by all. A key goal of AIPAY is to ensure the technology is benevolent according to human standards, and the network is designed to incentivize and reward beneficial players. In addition, potential privacy risk for enterprises when using data can be effectively avoided. This is because the algorithm of the platform is fixed by smart contract and thus cannot be changed by anyone.
