EGAAS S.A. is a Luxembourg based software development company with two subsidiaries in Dubai and Moscow, a partner software company in India and more than 30 core IT developers globally. The company has developed an original Apla blockchain protocol and a number of proof-of-concepts
for various use cases of the blockchain technology for clients in Luxembourg, the UAE, India and Russia. This includes land and vehicle registries, marketplaces for the sale of copyrights and other assets, issue of securities, and many others.

Apla users will pay royalties in APL Tokens to Apla Luxembourg (EGAASS.A.) for every single transaction generated by them on the platform. We expect the annual royalty revenue of Apla Luxembourg to reach the amount of 360M APL Tokens in 2023 if the number of transactions reaches 27,000 per second on average.

30 % of the total royalty amount will be contributed by Apla Luxembourg automatically via smart contracts to the specially designated APL Wallet (“Royalty Pool”).

The tokens in the Royalty Pool will be distributed among the qualified investors as follows: each spending on buying APL Tokens in the amount of 125,000 EUR will entitle the buyer to 0,125 % of the APL Tokens in the Royalty Pool without any time limit. The royalty distribution in APL Tokens will be processed via smart contracts on the Apla platform instantly. The smart contract cannot be changed without the consent of the investors.

Additionally, qualified investors will get access to 20 service hours of Apla Luxembourg to develop customizable blockchain solutions for the investor during one year after the purchase.
