Given task can be solved with help of standardization and certification implementation, where the process of standards development and acceptance is usually complicated, bureaucratic, and frequently yields human impact. Indeed, the absence of its produces users distrust, high volatility and other harmful impacts, causes in unpredictable consequences. We present an automatic system for standards and certificates development, based on events flow. We also describe common problems in considered area, which can be solved by using the proposed system.
