Having gained a considerable amount of experience on the real estate market, managed an investment portfolio of 155 million PLN and completed a vast number of projects, Fortem Capital decided to offer an innovative solution. Our proposition facilitatesthe increase of the number of investors both from Poland and the international ones – especially retail investors. Such diversification of the capital sources makes the whole enterprise more stable and raises the competitiveness of the company’s token (FCQ). Therefore, Fortem Capital is creating a platform utilising the blockchain technology, which will is going to enable investors to benefit from the great potential of real estate market, mostly modernised tenements, post-industrial spaces rearranged into contemporary penthouse apartments, newly erected buildings or lands.
The main responsibility of our creative, experienced and competent team is a thorough selection of the real estate projects, an evaluation considering their historic value, prestigious and comfortable location, quality revitalisation followed by profitable sales. This will allow the investors – holders of Fortem Capital token (FCQ) – to profit from the sales of finished projects through the designated transaction platform, while keeping the right to sell all their tokens on the secondary market. In contrast to a large number of IEOs, the one being initiated by Fortem Capital is based on real, fixed assets with a certain value. To recapitulate what has been stated earlier, the tokenization will not only encourage the growth of the Polish real estate market, but it will also enable different types of investors to take part in it.
