What is Glacier Network?

Glacier Network is a Singapore-based company founded in 2021 that is developing a programmable, modular, and scalable blockchain infrastructure designed to enhance AI capabilities at scale.

Their platform focuses on creating a decentralized vector database, known as Glacier DeVector, which integrates with decentralized storage solutions to support AI ecosystems.

This infrastructure enables developers to build decentralized applications (DApps) on decentralized databases (DDBs), facilitating programmable data composability backed by a Layer 2 roll-up system for handling datasets. In June 2024, Glacier Network secured $5.1 million in seed funding to further develop its technology.
