What is KILT Protocol?

KILT Protocol is the first blockchain-based platform that is developed on the Polkadot network. The platform was developed to allow users to claim any kind of characteristic about themself to a trusted entity called “ATTESTER”.  If the Attester considers the user’s claim to be true he can certify it by handing out the certificate to the user. The protocol stores a hash value of the certificate on the KILT blockchain. Once the certificate becomes valid, users can revoke it at any time on the KILT platform and present it to the services they want to use.
