These are expenses for Site Control, Permits, Pre Engineering, the development of a Guaranteed Max Price Construction Contract, Feedstock and Off Take Agreements, Project Insurances etc. Net Zero Enterprises has a proprietary model for this stage of the development to ascertain that each project is delivered on time and on budget.
