What is shelterDAO?
shelterDAO is a crypto community with physical locations that exist as Decentralized Autonomous Organizations(DAO) using NEM blockchain technology. All token holders will be able to deploy the Shel Mosaic Token(SMT) using the NEM network and trade it for time-stay, goods and services at any shelterDAO location. shelterDAO transforms empty spaces into dynamic environments by connecting SMT holders to shelterDAO communities for life. The concept of the project and core elements are outlined in this white paper. First we will go over the basic concept of the project and summarize its core components. The next few sections are devoted to explaining the token system; SMT and Mosaic Exclusive Membership(MEM) purpose, pricing mechanism and the transfer of ownership.
